Two sexy very muscular dancers lift each other. The video starts with the strongest dancer leg pressing a very heavy man for reps all the way down then She does the same thing with one leg. She does it easily for reps however it is hard to maintain balance but Her muscular legs have no problem handling the weight. The 2nd dancer lifts Her girlfriend in various ways and does the lifts in a slow motion way. We have the 3rd dancer who shows off Her legs and arms. She is going into bodybuilding soon so We will show more of Her later.
Imagine asking 2 fitness models to both lift You with their and they both leg press you with their feet but they use only one feet each. They lifted this 250 pound Man with such ease they looked board. They switched feet and did more. The next fitness models decided to do fireman's carries with each other from the ground and used just their powerful thighs and backs in a lift We have never seen done. Both of these girls are 150 pounds
Kate is 5'9" at 148 pounds of solid power. Her boyfriend said to Her that She wasn't that strong so now Kay needs to prove to Him She is very powerful. She starts the video by curling Her arms using a exercise band which places about 60 pounds on Her arms. She then does a very sexy flexing routine and immediately throws Him over one shoulder (Difficult for a lot of Women to do) and does squats. She then does a piggyback ride to Him and flexes a little with Him on Her back. The next thing She does ia a donkey raise that She loves to do as She has total control of His weight directly on Her powerful legs. She does some squats and standing on Her tiptoes. He challanges Her to wrestle and He discovers the power of Her legs when She squeezes Him in a scissor hold which takes His breath away many times. She then puts Her knee to His stomach and Keeps Him down for a while. He cheets a few times when She places Him in a scissor hold and punches Her in Her rock hard abs which She just allows Him to do as You can see. She gets Him in a neck hold and tosses Him around and finally tosses across the floor with Her powerful legs. She also tosses Him around with Her arms. He won the last of the match but with great difficulty. She armed wrestled Her and You can see Her back muscles explode. She won with Her right arm and You can see why You don't want to allow Her to get You in a neck lock when You wrestle Her as Her back is very strong.
Lisa who is a professional cowboys cheerleader when this was taken allowed Us to videotape Her while She was shooting Her fitness shoot in a pond. She is very sexy with a very cute smile and some of the most defined legs We have seen on a cheerleader. You can see Her legs are strong right away but Her muscles hide until She pops them out when She stretches.

We see a magazine interview where Kay is interviewed in a bikini then Kay gets surprised as Autumn stretches Her backward.
We challanged these two beautiful athletes to various lifts. Autumn is 5'2" at 100 pounds but is very strong and capable of lifting Men. Samantha is 5'6" and a strong 150 pounds but certainly doesn't look like it. They start off by having Autumn place Samantha in a neck hold but Samantha just lifts Autumn and stands dragging Her around on Her back. Autumn then lifts Samantha upside down and does some easy squats. Sam then does the same and it is VERY easy for Her enormously strong legs.
Danielle has some of the strongest holds We have had the bad experience We have witnessed. We tested Her scissor hold an d were going to tape Her however We thought it safer to get a volunteer who wanted to wrestle a girl. We didn't tell Him She was 175 pounds of pure leg strength at 6'2" but He spouted off to Her that He always wanted to wrestle the weaker sex and didn't care how tall She was. She went at Him and grabbed Him around His waste and He screamed in pain then got Him in a scissors hold and even let Him go with Her arms as the videographer laughed and said She didn't need Her arms anymore as She would break His ribs. He screamed in pain and gave every time. The last part She got Him into a scissors hold and He TRIED to cheat by lifting Her up off the ground and Her leg muscles popped and He let Her down after He couldn't breath.
Sassy has one of the best fit bikini bodies on a professional model We have seen. She has been on movies and a well known bikini illustrated model. She has one of the most beautiful faces on a Model We have seen.
