Boy-Girl twins Deep and Cristiana Arcosanti, were separated at birth. For family reasons, he was sent to England and her to Italy. As gender classes are done away with, in the World Federation of Bodybuilding, men and women compete against one another as equals. Deep and Cristiana go through sequences of mixed posing and body parts comparisons while preparing for the Mount Olympus competition. Also included are some light and playful wrestling. Cristina is played by Italian professional bodybuilder, Cristiana Del Buono.
