Harmony is a beautiful farm girl who has to move heavy hay and that's where She gets Her hard as steel 6'2", 175-pound body from. She has taken the challenge of competing against Melissa who is a long distance runner and crossfit competitor. She is 5'4" and weighs 140 pounds of steel like legs. They both challenge each other to push a heavy van up an incline which is easy for each. They even do it barefooted which normally makes it harder to do. They then lift each other and Melissa has to lift Harmony who is over 40 pounds heavier which doesn't bother Her. They then pick each other off the ground many times, do piggyback lifts then ask the video man who is over 240 pounds to volunteer to be lifted and this challenges even their strength. We see both girls flexing in the stream.
